How to Easily Get Rid of Fear

This cat was having a cat nap under a bench at a bus stop in Hong Kong. Wouldn't it be nice if we could always have this contentment knowing Jesus loves us and is always there for us.

How to Easily Get Rid of Fear

The Lord is my light and my salvation; Whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; Of whom shall I be afraid? Psalm 27:1

Brand this verse in your mind. Write it down on a piece of paper and carry it with you always. The next time fear rears its ugly head and tries to envelope your heart, bring that piece of paper out and recite it. Think of the Almighty and loving God embracing you in His strong, yet gentle arms and softly and quietly reminding you “It is alright my child. I am here. I love you and will protect you.” Then call upon our omnificent God. He will come charging to your rescue, quicker and better than any cavalry ever could.

For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways.” Psalm 91:11 (The New International Version)

Prayer: Oh mighty Immanuel (God is with us) please brand this verse in my mind and in my heart. Please remind me of it in times of trouble. In the name of our loving savior Jesus Christ I pray. Amen.

May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love bless you today and every day.

Great advice, something we need to keep in mind. We can always surrender our fears to the Lord with the knowledge that He is there for us.

Amen! I love Ps 27:1. I also carry Psalms 91 with me at all times.
