It is the good book. Really the very best book. ...The Bible.
How does God want us to live our lives? Well ultimately He provides us a life manual, ... the Bible. It is the clear illustration of what God wants. How He wants us to be and approach every situation and treat one another. It is clear who He wants us to be. He wants us to be like Him. It is not going to be easy to live as the Bible instructs us to live. All of us will and do fall mightily short. Very, very mightily short. Still, that is what we should always strive for. God's word should always be our driving force. The way that He wants us to be. Think of the parables and what God is trying to teach us. Moreover, think of the Be attitudes and how we should treat each other. Think about treating your wife as Christ treated the church. Think about actually loving your neighbor. It is truly the best advice and instruction that we will ever receive to indeed adhere by, to guide our lives and to ultimately live by. Jesus tells us love one another as I have loved you. It is always a message of love. It always is. The Bible clearly portrays this message of love. It is clearly so much more than a book. It is THE book! It is clearly divine. There is no mistake about it. The Bible is a miracle in and of itself.
None of us, no not even one, will ever be able to emulate Jesus and live sin free lives. None of us can ever save ourselves by our own accord. It is not even a possibilIty We needed a savior. We needed Jesus. We need to be forgiven. He is divine and we are anything but. We are mere sinners. He is holy and we are not. We are not even close. All that we know is sin. We have to understand what He taught us and how we should try to live by His example. Being human takes us so very far from God because we have human frailties, wants, desires, motivations, greeds and sins. Can we keep the commandments? Can we treat our neighbor so well? Can we forgive? Can we turn the other cheek? Can we use our heart before anything else? Unfortunately usually and mostly we do not and can not. We have the Bible. We have the Basic Instruction Before Leaving Earth. The Bible is the true word of God. Think about the prophesy. Think about the Tel Dan Inscription real archaeology showing the earthly existence of King David and his importance to the lineage of the Christ. The Bible is real. We need to follow it and we need to attempt to live by it. Here are some verses on God's word:
Matthew 4:23 And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, teaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease among the people.
Acts 20:24 But none of these things move me; nor do I count my life dear to myself, so that I may finish my race with joy and the ministry which I received from The Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God.
Romans 1:16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek. For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, "The just shall live by faith."
1 Corinthians 15: 1 Moreover, brethren, I declare to you the gospel which I preached to you, which also you received and in which you stand.
Hebrews 4:12 For the Word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
2 Timothy 3:16 All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for re proof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.
Ephesians 6:17 and the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
Matthew 4:4 But He answered and said, " Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God."
Jeremiah 23:29 " Is not My word like a fire?" says the Lord, " And like a hammer that breaks the rock in pieces."
God bless you always.
