Fight To Climb
When we are deep in our Chrsitian faith everything is wonderful! God provides all or our supplies, but when we decide to stray from God everything will slowly start going down hill. God knows we aren't perfect and he doesn't expect for us to be like him, but he wants us to try our hardest to have a close relationship with him. God assures us that he will supply for our needs in Philippians 4:19. It's says, "And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." God will supply for our needs if they are according to his will. Why stray from someone who provides? We need to fight to climb with God and grow stronger in our faith! First Timothy 6:12 says, "Fight the good fight of faith; take hold of the eternal life to which you were called, and you made the good confession in the presence of many witnesses." We are told to fight the good fight for our faith. We shall not let evil interfere with our relationship with God. 1 Timothy 4:7 says, "Have nothing to do with the irreverent, silly myths. Rather train yourself or godliness." If we stay away from the irreverent silly myths, we STAY with God, but if we do the irreverent silly myths, we STRAY from God. Keep climbing for the Lord, and he will climb with you!
Be A Strong Climber
When climbing as a Christian, we should be strong so we can fight! If we are weak in faith, we are easily tempted. if we are a weak climber, we won't go very far without be tired out. If we are strong in our faith, we will resist temptations, if we are a strong climber, we can get to the top of the mountain! We need to be strong in our fai at all times! Not only do we need to be strong to our faith, we need to be confident! We need to be confident that God will listen and protect us. Joshua 1:9, "Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go." God commands us to be strong and courageous. We have a powerful God, why not trust him? Trust God, he is trustworthy!
