Learn How To Connect With Who You Really Are
What you would typically call joy, love, excitement, passion or any really good feeling emotion is your indicator that in this moment you are in alignment with the source with in you or your inner-being. It’s really important to know that because alignment is what you have been looking for your entire life. You thought that feeling was supposed to come from achieving a financial condition, a career, a relationship, or whatever it may be but the reality is what you have actually been looking for is alignment with who you are. The really good news is the only person who ever deprives you of your own alignment is you. There is nothing in this universe that has the capability of taking you away from your alignment but as humans we have learned to pay attention to the conditions around us which have caused us to let go of our good feeling emotion and respond with more negative emotions. This is not a bad thing though for even negative emotion is guidance. It is telling you this is not who you are.
So first of all lets talk about some easy ways for you to practice achieving your alignment with who you really are. The two main ways I recommend are meditation and following your excitement.
1. Meditation: the reason why meditation works is because throughout the course of your day you have been moving through conditions and those conditions have caused you to have reactions about what is going on. That in and out itself is not a bad thing but it becomes a problem when the thoughts and the perceptions of whats going on around you are not in harmony with your true self. It is very easy to tell when the thoughts you are thinking are in harmony or not by how you feel.
Since the only one ever depriving you of your alignment is you the point of meditation is to give you a break from your negative thought patterns built up throughout the day. Meditation is very simple and some of the easiest things you can do to get you into that state is to pay attention to your breathing, hold a note in your mind, listen to a soft noise in the back ground but really its anything that will distract you from your negative thinking. If you are a beginner it may seem difficult to stop thinking at first but I guarantee with time and practice it will become easier.
2. Following your excitement: The things in life that excite you are attempting to show you who you are. If you will simply act on the things that excite you the most you will always be in alignment because those conditions or activities are always representative of who you really are. When people typically think about following their excitement they immediately go to a life long career or their life purpose. This is not what I am saying but they are connected. When I am talking about following your excitement I am literally saying at all times during the day there are always a number of things you could do. Out of the list of possible options you have choose the item from the list that is most exciting to you and act on that option. When you have acted on it as long as you can make a new list from where you now are and act upon the next most exciting thing. Do you see how this works? If you are always choosing and acting on the most exciting thing you will never be bored and you will always be in the vibration of who you really are and your life will be constantly supplying you with new things to be excited about. You will be in the flow of life and you will return to the child you were before this was trained out of you. You see this is one of the benefits of new ones being born. They still are representative of their true selves and they give you an opportunity to see what that is like again and to mirror it if you wish. This is what you really want and this is what we all did as children. It is only as we have grown up and been taught to believe that you cannot follow your dreams by others who have not achieved theirs so you began to pick up negative beliefs about yourself from others who held those within themselves.
In conclusion, maintaining your alignment with who you really are is an art form and it must be practiced every day in order for you to become a master. You have everything you need already within you and even in this moment you are receiving guidance in the form of your emotions from your inner-being. If you can keep in mind that your inner-being is always with you and always beaming you a signal of who you are and that your emotions are letting you know whether you're in harmony with it or not you will always be on the trail of leading yourself to more of who you really are and your life will become much more joyous then you could have imagined it before.
