The most disgusting and difficult meal to digest is humble pie. Be careful of your promises. They may come back to haunt you

Watch What You Eat.

Above all, my brothers, do not swear--not by heaven or by earth or by anything else. Let your "Yes" be yes, and your "No," no, or you will be condemned.James 5:12, New International Version

The most disgusting and difficult meal to digest is humble pie. Be careful of your promises. They may come back to haunt you. Many times I have seen manipulative people beg, manipulate cajoe, deceive and connive you into agreeing to something. Then they will hound you into the gates of hell to do as you promised. They will promise you anything to get you to do what they want, yet when it comes their turn to deliver what they promised they suddenly get amnesia. Why not try what I like to do. When someone asks me to do something I reply that I will think it over and let them know in three days. Then pray about it and leave it in Gods wise hands. Believe me, if it is a con He will know and let you know. If the person is demanding, just back away and indeed run away. It is a con you will regret. When you say you will do something or will not do something, let it be written in stone. You will be respected. Those who do not respect you are the liars and con men anyway.

Prayer: Oh Jesus El Elyon (Our Lord most high ) please help me to be a man or woman of my word. Please do not allow me to fall into the trap of promising more than I can deliver. I ask in the name of our wonderful savior Jesus Christ. Amen.

May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love bless you today and every day.

Black bears are much more dangerous than griz.

Did you work with your dog in rescue services?

I was a volunteer with search and rescue in British Columbia for a few winters.

Hi Joe. No I didn't take the picture of the grizzly, but I thought it was a neat close up. They are interesting to watch. The last bear I saw was a black bear running across the field by our house. He got to the woods before I could get to the camera though!

Joe - once again, you've delivered excellent advice!

I also wanted to comment that I love the prayers at the end of your hubs.

I am happy to share with you

Did you take that picture of the griz? I used to love to watch the fishing during the fall salmon run in Canada
