Her amazing in-ring skills have dazzled fans all around the globe combined with her heart-warming charisma and natural personality. From her days in NXT she has shown that she is one of the best current female wrestling talents in the world. Becky along with her 3 other members of the Four Horsewomen (Bayley, Charlotte Flair and Sasha Banks) have taken the wrestling world by storm and have shown that women can wrestle and perform just as good if not better than the male wrestling talents. Whether using her devastating "Bexploder" suplex or her "Dis-arm-her" arm bar Becky has always brought all she has when she steps in the ring. The first ever Smackdown Women's Champion is destined for even more success in the very near future as she is definitely on her way to being remembered as one of the all-time great women wrestlers.

Here are 5 facts about The Irish Lass Kicker, Becky Lynch:

1) Her Love Interest

Becky Lynch and UFC Fighter Luke Sanders

The first fact about Becky Lynch will definitely put many wrestling fans in a saddened state as it involves Becky's real life love interest. YES, I am sorry to break it to you but Becky Lynch is indeed taken. Given the nature of the sport her love interest participates in, unfortunately, you can't fight him for her either. Close fans of Becky Lynch will already know about her relationship with UFC fighter Luke "Cool Hand" Sanders. Becky has not made her relationship very clear but she has not hidden the relationship from her fans at all as she has posted several pictures with the two on her Instagram Page. Becky has stated before in the past that it's not easy to find someone who understands her job and is willing to appreciate that she has a rough schedule to do while she works in WWE as she is on the road 5 days a week. However, it seems she has found that person in Luke Sanders. Luke Sanders has not been secretive about the relationship either as he has several posts about Becky Lynch on his Twitter Page and his own Instagram Page. The two have attended wrestling events such as PWG (Pro Wrestling Guerrilla) before as well as UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship) events.

2) Becky Lynch, WWE Superstars Finn Balor and Sheamus?

If you have seen one of my previous articles on Hubpages entitled "5 Facts About WWE Superstar Finn Balor" then you would already be aware of this fact. At the young age of just 14 years old, Becky made a huge decision to chase a career in Professional Wrestling. She heard that current WWE Superstar and former WWE Universal Champion, Finn Balor at the time was opening a wrestling school along with a fellow wrestler Paul Tracey. In 2002, Becky decided to enrol in the wrestling school along with her brother in order to train to become a professional wrestler. She actually had to lie about her age in order to be accepted into the school. It was then when she and Finn became close friends as he gave her the tools to get her foot in the business. Another individual who helped Becky was none other than fellow irish wrestler and WWE Superstar Sheamus. Sheamus became an inspirational figure to Becky after he was very successful in WWE becoming the first Irish born WWE Champion. His success convinced her that she should make her home in WWE as well.

3) Her Career Before WWE

Becky Lynch in the past, then known as Rebecca Knox

Like many WWE Superstars whether male or female, Becky Lynch had a very long road before she made her first appearance in a WWE ring. With the transition of WWE moving away from only signing BodyBuilders, supermodels and footballers now to signing experienced veterans like the likes of Samoa Joe, Asuka, Finn Balor, Austin Aries and much more, it allowed the opportunity for wrestlers like Becky Lynch to finally get their due. Becky made her start training with Finn at NWA Ireland and NWA UK Hammerlock and would go on to in European Promotions against legends such as Sweet Saraya ( mother of WWE Superstar Paige) and much more. She wrestled in France for the Queen Of Chaos promotion, England for World Association of Wrestling, Germany for the German Stampede Wrestling promotion, SHIMMER and the SuperGirls Wrestling Promotion in Canada. Becky actually won the SuperGirls Championship in 2006 and held the title for over 300 days and also beat Sweet Saraya for World Queen Of Chaos Championship in 2006.

4) Her troubled path before WWE

Her career in wrestling before WWE was full of success, however, in 2006 she suffered an injury which changed her life and halted her wrestling career. She suffered a head related injury after a match with a wrestler known as Kisu where landed awkwardly on her head causing her to require stitches and leaving her with serious issues with her head. She had vision problems, headaches and a buzzing sound she could hear in her ear and was diagnosed with possible damage to her eighth cranial nerve and was sidelined for the remainder of the year. In her wrestling hiatus, she took on many other jobs such as a stunt woman for the Television show "Viking's", a stewardess, a scuba diver, martial artist, bodybuilder, surfer and completed her college degree. However after 7 years she nothing could take the place of Wrestling and eventually made her return to wrestling. She said in an interview with Chris Jericho on his podcast Talk Is Jericho that she wanted to be signed to NXT but if that didn't work out she would go to be signed by TNA now known as GFW Impact.

5) Her Bad-Lass SteamPunk Look

Becky Lynch has described her look as a steampunk themed look. She has stated that she prefers using vintage clothing and attires over the newer looks that many professional wrestlers tend to utilise today. Becky stated in an interview with Chris Jericho on Talk Is Jericho that she was the one who first proposed the attire change as she brought the goggles to the creative team of NXT and told them that she was going to start to wear them to the ring. The creative team then picked up the idea with the goggles and changed her character to resemble her new merchandise.

There were your 5 Facts About WWE Superstar Becky Lynch. It is only a matter of time before we see the Irish Lass Kicker at the top of the Women's Divison on either RAW or Smackdown LIVE once again.
