A lot can be achieved through walking. You know all those times you couldn't wait to enter your car to work, take an elevator to your office or board a bus to grocery store, you are missing out on a lot of benefits and things you can find just by walking.

Do you plan on losing weight or improving your lifestyle? Why not choose to walk to most places that you used to drive to. One of the reasons why there are so many obese people in the United States today is that we have been reduced to a lazy lifestyle. John, it does not stop there, I have also increased the number of shoes in my ward robe. I was exhilarated to discover that some of the shoes and clothes I ordered online were being sold just a stone throw from my house, I drove pass this store everyday while going to walk but never bothered to check what they have in stock. Walking has been very eye-opening for me; I have discovered a lot of things and even achieved more than I hoped for.

When I started, it seemed like an impossible task, I sweat a lot and got tired pretty fast. But all that have changed; now I sleep everyday looking forward for the walk the next morning. I have actually reduced my weight. Hopefully, in one month time, I will achieve my weight objective.
