Amir Khan chooses to fight Marquez

Who could be JUAN MANUEL MARQUEZ next opponent?

AMIR KHAN witnessed ringside the July 31st Marquez-Diaz 2 fight and after which made his preference to have Marquez his next opponent. Were Marquez and his team aware of this challenge. It was published in The Telegraph.

Marquez prefers to fight Pacquio anew

Right after Marquez won the Marquez-Diaz 2, he hurled his challenged anew against Manny Pacquiao.

On November 27, 2010 after stripping Australia's Michael Katsidis of his WBA - WBO lightweight title fight, Marquez rattled once again his challenge versus Manny Pacquiao. He said he had won twice against Pacquiao. He said he won fight number one as well as fight number two. He wore a T-shirt with an inscription on the back that he has defeated Pacquiao twice. By so doing, Marquez is casting a shadow of doubt on the integrity of the judges. Were they of questionable character? Meantime that there are still more substantial and deserving boxers in the queue, the best move for Marquez to do is to wait for his turn.

Juan Manuel Marquez Versus Juan Diaz 2

RIGHT in the ring, after beating "Baby Bull" Juan Diaz by UD during their rematch last July 31, 2010, Saturday at Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas, the savvy Mexican sniper Juan Manuel Marquez hurled his challenge anew for a 3rd showdown with Manny “PacMan” Pacquiao. “The trilogy with Pacquiao is what I want," said Marquez

JMM now almost 37 years of age by a few days , retained his WBO and WBA lightweight titles. Marquez boxing record currently stands at 57-5-1-(37 Kos) The loser JUAN DIAZ, the so-called Baby Bull, who will turn 29 by Sept. 17 holds 35-4-(17 Kos).

There was less fireworks in this rematch than the last when Diaz was knockout in the 9th round. JMM is being groomed to deal with British sensation AMIR KHAN but the former is more interested in Pacquiao who currently holds 7 division world’s boxing titles
