"Ma chere Mademoiselle, it is with deepest pride
and greatest pleasure that we welcome you tonight.
And now we invite you to relax, let us pull up a
chair as the dining room proudly presents -
your dinner!"

If those words don't bring back some fond memories then nothing else probably will. The epic lyrics to Be Our Guest are about as timeless as they come. Well Disney is finally recognizing this grand scene on a large scale as they plan to open the Be Our Guest restuarant as part of the brand new Fantasyland Expansion which will begin opening this year!

Disney has released special glimpse at the construction of the restuarant via their Youtube page that shows an insight into the imagination and planning that has gone into creating this new dining experience.

The Fantasyland Expansion is going to be opened in phases. The first phase, Storybook Circus, including Dumbo The Flying Elephant and The Great Goofini Barnstormer Coaster has already opened. The next phase to open will be the 2nd half of Storybook Circus including a 2nd Dumbo spinner and the Casey Junior Splash and Soak Station! Expect to see that one in July of 2012.

The phase including the Be Our Guest restuarant will open during late 2012, hopefully during the holiday season. Along with the restuarant, we will see the opening of Under The Sea - Journey of the Little Mermaid, Enchanted Tales With Belle, Gaston's Tavern, and Ariel's Grotto.

The final phase of the expansion isn't set to debut until 2014 and that is the brand new Seven Dwarfs Mine Train Roller Coaster.

I was at Disney this weekend with my family, and the construction seems to be moving along quickly! I can't wait to see it open!
