As I have been saying in my previous articles (listed below), Football Manager is meant to build the team from the very root level by buying the best young talent, also known as the Wonderkids (aged 21 or less).
Although not all wonderkids fulfill their potential and become extraordinary players like Messi and Ronaldo or great players like Suarez and Lewandowski, I have brought a list of best 15 young strikers to buy on FM17 who have the highest potential:
Ousmane Dembélé (19)

On 12 May 2016, Dembélé signed a five-year contract with German club Borussia Dortmund, effective 1 July. On 14 August 2016, Dembélé made his debut in 2–0 defeat against Bayern Munich in the DFL-Supercup. Dembélé was called up to the senior France squad to face Italy and Belarus in August 2016 after Alexandre Lacazette and Nabil Fekir withdrew through injury. He made his debut on 1 September against the former at the Stadio San Nicola, replacing Antoine Griezmann for the final 27 minutes of a 3–1 victory.

Fabian Frei, who was a midfielder for FC Basel at the same time with Embolo, complimented him as well, for keeping his feet on the ground.
Embolo has cited Mario Balotelli as one of his inspirations. Both players like to lurk between defenders and both have great control allied to physical prowess. Embolo can also play in midfield; according to David Lemos of Radio Télévision Suisse he resembles N'Golo Kanté in this role, using his power to retrieve the ball and give it to the attackers.
