Absolute Air Park

Absolute Air Park is an indoor trampoline park for all ages. They offer some seriously fun activities that will get your heart racing and get everyone smiling.

While anything worthwhile has risk, trampoline parks are safer than the traditional backyard trampolines because there is no edge to fall off of or springs to get stuck in. There are cushioned boarders that divide the trampolines and you bounce right off the walls because they are trampolines as well.

This year round activity is a great way for the whole family to be silly and have some fun while getting a quality workout. Jump big or jump small, it’s totally up to you so people of all ages and sizes can have a wonderful time and feel great.

If the adults have errands to run or simply don’t feel like joining in that day, they can drop the kids off to burn some energy then pick them up happy and exhausted.

Some of the awesome activities that Absolute Air Park has to offer:

  • Dodgeball for kids and adults
  • Foam pits
  • Fitness classes
  • Parties
  • Wild Child Alley for little ones
  • There are even a few video games available upstairs

Dodgeball

Dodgeball is always fun and playing on a trampoline takes it to a whole new level!

The balls provided are made of foam so they can’t be thrown very hard which makes the risk of getting hurt extremely low. Anyone age 6 years old or older can join the game during normal operating hours. It is common to find kids ages 6 to 60 in there at any given time, laughing and playing. It's great to see!

For serious throwers, there are adult and teen leagues available.

The Foam Pits

The foam pits are the ultimate safe place to fall.

This area is designated for everyone to practice their jumping flips and dives without fear because they land in a large pit of super soft foam bricks.

When you know you’re going to land on a cloud, anything is possible and a lot more fun!

Fitness Classes

Trampoline work-outs are perfect for people who are new to exercise, those who don’t like traditional work-outs and for those who simply want to shake up their usual routine.

The people who participate in these classes are welcoming, non-judgmental and they have a lot of fun. Each class is filled with people of different ages, sizes and fitness levels. Everyone works at their own pace and on their own individual goals.

There are two different fitness classes available:

  • Traditional Aerobics
  • Boot Camp

The traditional aerobics class is a wonderful blend of exercises and bouncing that will get your heart rate up while you’re having a blast. Trampoline exercise is no impact which is perfect for individuals with joint or mobility constraints and those who are receiving physical therapy.

Most importantly, trampoline fitness burns up to 1000 calories per hour!

The Boot Camp is a version of the aerobics taken to a whole new level. The intensity and pace have been increases significantly to accommodate those who want to challenge themselves into a new fitness level.

Boot Camp participants can expect Interval Training and Circuit Training with warm-up and cool down periods.

Every fitness level is encouraged to join the class as everyone will be encouraged to achieve their goals.

Parties

Absolute Air Park is perfect for birthday parties for kids of all ages!

They provide a party room, pizza, a personalized cake, napkins and cutlery and beverages. The most fun comes during the trampoline jump time. Kids are thoroughly entertained and engaged the whole time and the parents can join right in with them or sit in a viewing area and relax while watching the kids go crazy.

There are two party packages available:

  • The Airtime package can accommodate up to 10 jumpers at $250.00
  • The Zero Gravity Room package can accommodate up to 15 jumpers for $375.00

Both packages reserve 2 hours total party time with 45 minutes of the designated party room.

There is no better place for indoor family fun and exercise!

Wild Child Alley

Absolute Air offers fun for everyone!

Wild Child Alley is a supervised fun play area for kids who just learned to walk up to 5 years old.

They offer trampolines that are built just for little ones, a blow up bouncy house and lots of matted floor space to run and tumble safely. The smaller kids love to play and bounce while the adults and bigger kids enjoy a fitness class or some hard hitting Dodgeball.

The tickets for Wild Child Alley are only $5.00 per hour.

Extras

After your jump time is over, it's great to catch your breath while playing some arcade games. When you venture upstairs you will find a full sized air hockey table, about 10 arcade style video games, a prize claw machine and vending machines with a variety of drinks from water to Rockstar. They have thought of everything!

*Trampoline Snow Boards and Trampoline Bounce Boards are available for rent here too!

Wow, does this ever look like fun! I would love a fitness class here and my grandkids would enjoy playing here for hours. Wish we had one nearby.

You're never to old to jump! :) Although I admit I hesitate to jump with the kids, my husband dives right in to the dodgeball. I stick to the aerobics classes where it's adults only so I don't feel so silly.

Oh....yeah, Roxanne. We're talking a little piece of heaven to my grandchildren......We have a few of these (like the one you describe) but they're a few miles away and a bit expensive....My grandson had a birthday party at one similar. Kids absolutely love these!! and I don't blame them...sometimes I'd like to be a kid again!!..........UP=++

That sounds like a really fun idea - I don't think I've seen any trampoline parks in the uk except for small ones at the seaside, yet trampolines in people's gardens have proliferated. So there's maybe a market for someone starting a trampoline park here.
