Limitlessness of Outdoors's
Limitlessness of Outdoors's
Can being outdoors be limitless? or have a limitless feel to it? Have you ever thought of how limitless it could be when you are outdoors? People always suggest going outside if it is a nice day. "Stay outside until it is dark," they say, that’s what we did as kids why don’t you do that now? Our parents ask us all of these questions constantly. Most of the time we don’t know the answers, we chalk it up to having too much media at our fingertips, to keep us indoors rather than outside. Wanting to play inside on game consoles or computiPods, iPads or cell phones that all the kids have today. We can do so much with these devices so why would we want to play outside?
When you go outside you can get dirty and nobody likes that, or do they? In today’s day, not very many people like it, but years ago if you weren’t dirty when you came home you didn’t have fun. You also spent limitless time outside playing soccer, tag, basketball, baseball or just hanging with friends on bikes or walking around the town. Even played at the park but now nobody does that unless you are older or accompanied by an adult. The limitless amounts of hours our parents used to spend outside are completely different for us now.
Nobody trusts anyone anymore, you can’t be left outside alone or you can’t just spend the entire day outside, doing different things. Years ago people didn’t care that you were out they all knew where you were, but now you always have to check in. Camping outside years ago was something people they even went hiking for a limitless amount of hours, while they were camping. There was no technology to keep you in one spot. You got out and did stuff you weren’t attached to a television, gaming system, computer or cell phone. Cell phones didn’t exist.
If you wanted to do something years ago, you had to go out and do it or find something to do to keep yourself occupied. You had to go outside if you wanted to find something fun to do which was also called making your own fun. Play tag or hide and seek with your friends, go for walks, read outside things like that. Years ago there were limitless things to do outside because there were rules if its nice outside you play outside you are only allowed inside when it rains. There were limitless things to do outside and still are, but today nobody wants to go outside. People complain there is nothing to do outside because I mentioned before there are iPods, Ipads, even laptop computers and video game consoles, that eat away at a persons' time.
Today, there are no rules like that. Today if you don’t want to go outside you don’t have too. There is so much that the outdoors has to offer, for example, tranquility and peace, relaxation, freedom. Just to name a few. So why not go outside and see for yourself, the next time you hear a child say they are bored because all children say that, why not send them outside and have them run around for a while or just go outside for a change of scenery. I have another blog post dedicated to scenery why not check it out.
Go Outside And Have Fun
Years ago we took outdoor freedom for granted. Now we are afraid to go outside, in all its limitlessness. Don’t be afraid to go outside, and experience the limitlessness, of freedom and peace that it gives you. The limitlessness of the outdoors in the peace and freedom aspect gives people the sense of how carefree life used to be. We are so worried about letting our kids out of sights that we don’t let them roam limitlessly like our parents used too. The outdoors has limitless possibilities for fun so why not experience it? You will be amazed at what you would find, to do that you can't do inside.
So the next time you tell your parents you are bored or you just feel like you need a change of scenery there are limitless, possibilities outside you just have to go and find them. Make it an adventure and see what you come up with. Remember that there are limitless things that the outdoors has to offer, you just have to be willing to look for them and see what happens.
An example of this is the outdoors can tell a story if you are in a forest or just running around outside and you see a bird, or a butterfly animals and insects have stories too why not try making one up about them while you are playing outside. It will keep you busy for hours. The outdoors can bring about limitless possibilities, you can play tag, chase insects and put them in an insect collector, have friends over and play with them, play on your play equipment if you have some, go for a bike ride or walk with your parents to investigate what is around. Or find a place where you can hike through trees and see what you find. The ideas of what you can do outdoors is limitless you just have to be willing to look around for the best possible thing to do and go out and do it.
It is limitless because if we didn't have the outdoors we wouldn't have food to eat because there wouldn't be animals and we wouldn't have clean oxygen since there wouldn't be trees. If there wasn't outdoors. It is limitless because there are limitless things that you can do outside to keep yourself occupied and it can also give you a different perspective on what it actually has to offer. There are so many limitless things that you can do outdoors that the list is to limitless to list. One thing I will say though it gives you clarity and peace when you are outside.
