Rays dont have enough hitting to win it all. Its Longo, Pena and a bunch of average and below average hitters. Their pitching is sick , but not enough. They will be lucky to make the playoffs. The AL East is stacked this year with Toronto and B-more much better than last year.

They made with wild card a year ago with less hitting. They have improved Their offense with The addition of Luke Scott and having Longo healthy to start will help. Pitching wins championships and the Rays have the best pitching staff in baseball

No way, Phillies and Angels pitching is way >>> Rays.

Helickson, Moore and Price are still kids with ver high expectations.

p.s. they made the wild card because Boston collapsed the last day and then got rocked like they didnt belong in the playoffs.

Way better than the rays? Your kidding right? Shields And Price are CY Young candidates. Helllixkson was rookie of the year and Moore is a phenom.

They are obviously better than Doc, Lee, Hammels and Worley and way better than Weaver, Haren, Wilson and Santana. You are the kidder here, cmon man....

The Brewers win the NL Central after losing Fielder? That is a pretty bold prediction that I think the guys in Cincinnati and St. Louis will have a say about. I also think Colorado is a season or two away from contending in the NL West.

Overall I think it is Texas’ year. They made it the last two years so they will finally get it this year.

Don't forget that the cards lost Pujols too. Reds are good. That will be a tight race for sure.

The Cards did lose Pujols but they made some additions to at least help. Their offense looked pretty good tonight.
