Tim Tebow is about as professional as they come

Good for you Tebow

I can't think of any recent professional athlete who has been subject to so much scrutiny, even globally then Tim Tebow. Yet, Tebow, the Denver Broncos quarterback, has managed to keep a level head, a positive attitude, and and overall good impression for others about what an athlete should be perceived as.

Now I'm not talking about his religious beliefs or his "Tebowing", I'm strictly talking about his post game interviews and support for his teammates and coaching staff. Tebow may not be the next QB to enter the hall of fame or throw more TD's then Tom Brady or Aaron Rogers but this is a player who understands that he is gifted. He doesn't abuse his privileges or mock the opposition. Instead, Tebow takes it all with a grain of salt and week in and week out does the best he can on and off the field. Isn't that what folks are supposed to do when they are the idols of small children and inspiration to upcoming youngsters that have dreams and goals?

Don't be surprised if Tebow creates a foundation for today's youth where kids have after school programs and a place to go instead of being on the street committing crimes, using drugs, or getting into other kinds of trouble.

You don't have to be on the Tebow bandwagon, you don't even have to think he's a great QB but you'd be missing the underlying fact that this is a man who really understands his position of guidance and leadership already. Furthermore, it doens't matter to me if he throws for 38 yards in the entire game or runs for 4 touchdowns. What you see is what you get with Tim Tebow and that is an individual that has class and talent!

Keep up the good work Tim, there are many of us that ARE proud of you too!

I totally agree with you! He is a great role model and I am impressed that he is religious and is appreciative of his gift and not embarrassed to show it. Thanks for sharing.
