Note: If you have flat feet or a very high arch, you can get a minimalist shoe and add an insert for a perfect fit. I happen to have very high arches so jumping around on a minimalist shoe doesn't always feel good. Although there are many shoes made specifically for high arches, I choose to get a minimalist shoe as seen above and just add an insert.
