Top Eleven Super Team

Updated on August 29, 2014

Day One - Creating the Team

First Steps:

When creating the team you have to assign TV rights contract, upgrade stadium and rise ticket sales to 5.

Best Formation: 4-1-3-2

The best formation in Top Eleven game is 4-1-3-2. But we also can use the alternative 4-1-3-2 (MR-MC-ML instead of 3 MCs) or the classic 4-4-2 formation.

Two Main Statistics

At the beginning we focus in two main statistics: possession of the ball and shot efficiency.

The possession of the ball must be at least 50%, that can be achieved by assisting to the ours team game (+8% possession).

For the shot efficiency we need two players. One goalkeeper (GK) and one striker (ST) with 5 stars quality and youngster experience.

Our goalkeeper must have more stars than the strikers of the other team to reduce the shot efficiency of the adversary team.

Our strikers must have more stars than the goalkeeper of the other team to rise the shot efficiency of our team.

Transfers - Tips

A player is more expensive with few transfer. So, at the beginning, we have expensive players in team that we can sell and buy a GK and a ST.

To find the right players you can refresh the window game to get another list of players (30 minutes).

Sell players that don't are GK, DC, DR, DL, DMC, MC or ST.

We can find cheap players with high quality but we need a some tokens and a bit of luck to win those players.

It's a good way trying to have at least 5 tokens to bid one players in the transfer list.

Tokens are very important in the game mechanism, with a huge amount of tokens we start the "god mode", however this tutorial is not how to build a dream team but only a super team!

So, we must accumulate tokens to the next season to buy new players, we should spend tokens only buying the goalkeeper and the striker for the main strategy explained in this page.

Main Goals

The main goals is to finish in first place on the league competition to collect the prize.

First Day Classification

Training

The best strategy for training the players is hard intensity mode with stretching, cardio and practice match after the game of league.

The players will lose approximately 36% form condition but will gain 40% form condition in the follow 24 hours.

In the first day, my team begins in first place... it will be too easy to win the cup!

Second Day: First Game

After spent 9 tokens only got the goalkeeper with 5 stars (24 of quality).

Reading the statistics of the game we reach at some conclusions:

Assisting the game live and playing home we get +13% possession of the ball (5% home factor, 8% live game);

However, the 64% possession of the ball is not important to the final score, isn't a statistic which makes the diference;

In the other hand, the new goalkeeper reduce the shot efficiency of the adversary team to 14% against 3 strikers;

The home striker with 17 quality mark (more than the 14 quality mark of other's team goalkeeper) get a shot efficiency of 50%.

Second Game

In the second game yet another victory without conceding. The strategy is working: with 5 points ahead of the runner and just six games to go, our objective to win the championship is becoming a reality.

Changing the intensity of the training

After three days it appears that the strong intensity of the training does not have the expected results, leaving the players exhausted. Therefore changed the intensity to normal for first squad, keeping the training intensity (hard) for substitutions and reserves.

Third Game

After the third game, it is clear the importance of the form of the players. Therefore it was not applied the usual training so that the players are at 100% in the next game. Similarly it was clear the high number of cards in the game so the tackling style was changed to easy. So far the main concerns about the game are, firstly, the form of the players and, in the second place, the quality of the goalkeeper.

4th Game - Tactics and Formations

The fourth game brought a draw. What stressed the importance of tactics and formations. For the fifth game, i changed the formation of the midfield, instead of three MCs i will use ML-MC-MR with arrows forward.

New Formation

5th Game: The new formation results ... for now!

In the fifth game we returned to winning ways with three goals scored and just one conceded.

End Season

Unsurprisingly the team won the league championship.

New Formation

Already preparing the new season, I changed the formation to achieve more goals.

Team passed the preliminar fase

The team won the preliminary round of the cup with 6 goals scored which suggests that the purpose of having a strategy of attack was reached.

Cup

Summary of the strategy

In eight games played, the team won them all. The 3-5-2 formation is effective. Thus, in addition to the formation, there are the following items of success (in the case of games with weaker teams):

  • no use of any training
  • replacement of key players in all seasons
  • purchase order for key players (1 for each sector: GK, ST, DC, MC)
  • hard attacking
  • long passing
