Water Fun!

Updated on May 7, 2017

Water Fun!

Can having fun in water be limitless? Water is always flowing so does that mean it is limitless? What is the first thing you think of when you think of water? Do you think of a lake or a pool and what you can do in these bodies of water? I know that fun is the first thing that I think of when I hear the words water fun. Those words don’t even mean that you have to be in the water, just near the water is fun enough, isn’t it? To some people it is and to others, it isn’t. Not that I don’t like swimming I do but I love being out on the water whether it be in my ski-do thing on the back of the boat or just tanning on the boat. Is fun too. I don’t have a pool but I do love to swim, and maybe one day I will have a pool. Swimming can be limitless because being in the water makes a person feel weightless and very relaxed.

So water fun besides pools what does that mean? It depends on who you ask, to me that means going out on the boat and tanning as close to the water as possible. Getting as much color as possible, without getting burnt. Sometimes the without getting burnt part doesn’t always happen, I can attest to that. Some people think fishing is fun, or ski-doing, or swimming, or being on a tube type of thing. I think those are all fun things, especially when it is really hot outside. Sunday and Monday were great days to be out on the water, and that is exactly where I was.

You are probably thinking okay she was out on the water for two days, just for a little bit right. Well, Sunday I don’t remember how long we were out on the water, but it was great. I took a book and read up on the top of the boat where I tanned, and when I say tanned I mean tanned. I am so dark if you actually knew what I looked like before you probably wouldn’t recognize me. With it being so hot the last couple of days being out on the water, was refreshing even if I didn’t actually go in the water I just tanned and got splashed.

I saw a couple of other boats out on the water over the last two days. The people on them looked like they were having fun. I also saw a Skidoo, which looked like a lot of fun, and if I was co-coordinated enough I would love to try it. We have a tube for the boat, but we haven’t brought it out yet, we have only been out on the boat four times all summer. That is just because it has just been too busy. So boating has been put on hold. It has been fun when we do go out, though, I get a lot of reading done, from what I call my boat books. The books that I call boat books are the books that I don’t care if they get ruined, with water spots. I have an entire bag of books that I use as boat books although I haven’t finished one yet. I tried yesterday but the water was rough and I wasn’t feeling very well, so I slept on the boat most of the day.

Fun on the water

My friend came out on the boat and swam off of it, which was cool to see, and if I could have done it I would have but since it was so rough and I wasn’t feeling well I didn’t want to chance it. She had fun though and I enjoyed watching her when I was wasn’t sleeping or reading. Being out on the water is so relaxing and who doesn’t think that relaxing is fun? I know that I do. Boat fun is just being on the water, and not having a care in the world. Who doesn’t think that is fun? I had fun tanning and reading like I always do on the boat.

There are limitless other things that can be fun on a boat some of the fun boat things include wake boarding, water skiing, Things like that, however, I have never tried any of these things, I have only used the tube thing that we have for our boat which is a lot of fun when the boat picks up speed and bumps along the water. It makes you feel like you are flying through the air limitlessly with all the speed that is passing you in the water. When it is windy it is a lot more fun, but it is a bit more dangerous.

I love boating for the limitless relaxation that you get while being on the boat fishing if you fish, or just reading on it like I do but being in the water is the fun part even if you are freezing cold when you come out. Boating is not the only limitless thing you can do in the water though, most people probably don't even boat but they do go to the beach and do limitless things there. The last time I was at a beach, was last summer in late June I think it was or was it early June I can't remember all I remember is I went swimming in the lake down at Point Pelee National Park, which is the most southern part of Canada or at least close to it. Swimming is a lot of fun because you get to splash around in the water and who doesn't love that?

There are a lot of limitlessly fun things to do in the water, you just have to go out and look for them and go out and have fun.

Limitless freedom on the water

I love being out on the water, on a boat because you feel limitlessly free without a care in the world. You can just relax and not think about all the troubling things you have going on in your life because the water is so calming and relaxing which makes you just want to relax. There is a sense of freedom when you are out on the water too because of how fast your boat or water contraption can go.

Louise, thank you for sharing the "limitless" things you can do in, on, and around the water. I always liked the beach, boating, and tanning too...was never really into fishing that much. This was a fun read.
