Which team do you cheer for

Updated on October 18, 2012

We all know that when football season starts everyone who has a favorite team will go all the way to be able to show how much of a fan they are. Now sometimes I have known of people who sometimes seem to switch teams every season depending on who seems to be winning at the moment. Then we have those fans that stick with their team all the way no matter if they win or lose in each game or even how far along they go.

For instance, my family or should I say my mom is a Dallas Cowboy fan, she doesn't really care if they win all the time, all that matters is that she can see them play even if they don't do so well. But she isn't the type to go purchase items that have the Dallas Cowboys on them. The items they sell can be a little expensive unless they put them on sell. For example, one time when shopping at Walmart, while waiting in line this lady seemed to be a cowboys fan because of the lounge pants, shirt, cap, and some other things that had the logo of the Dallas Cowboys but it isn't always just that team, it could be other team logos on items that are for sale.

Now me, I'm not always a fan of a football team because I don't always tend to keep track of who plays who and who wins. I would be asked which team I was going and my answer would be the winning team. That is probably not the best answer to give but it is one of the simplest answers that I could give. There are many other people who probably had better answers then I did but I was happy with what I could answer with.

Do you happen to have a favorite team that you for every week? Are you one of those serious fans that just sticks with one certain team whether they win or lose or even sometimes when they play badly?

Dancilla, I totally know what you mean about people switching teams. I say they're not 'true' fans because they go with whoever is the fave for the season. Good topic!

I bleed blue so Im one of those serious Colts fans :) And since peyton set the record for most consecutive winning seasons with more than 12 wins in a season every season its been a great ride, last year wasn't too good lol but this year we have a young QB that is doing great and the future of the program looks brighter and brighter :) But if I had a second favorite it would be the 49ers which got the W tonight :)
