As the Super Bowl approaches, most are asking who will win the contest. However, that question is both boring, as well as played out. Therefore, I have a better proposition. Will Peyton Manning choke again? .

Let's face it. Peyton Manning, for better or worse, or I should I say the teams he has led, have come up short repeatedly over the years. So much so, that he holds a very mediocre 10-8 in regular season play over his career against top 5 pass defenses. Even worse, he has a .500 record at 11 wins and 11 losses. Before this run began, he was 2 games under .500.

In fact, the last time we saw him this far in the playoffs, he was throwing a critical interception late to a Saints defender back in 2010. Because of that play, the Saints went on the win the Super Bowl for the first time in franchise history. Will the Seahawks be able to take advantage of him in the same way?

He has a poor cold weather record as well. All of these factors are combining against him to produce a great challenge in order to win his second Super Bowl. If he comes up short, however, as he has over and over again, then he will be remembered simply as "The Greatest Regular Season Quarterback Ever." an almost insulting, yet appropriate title all things considering.

So, what will it be? How will his legacy play out? Time will tell. The question still remains; will he choke again?

Wow, yeah he did, big time. You called that and Seattle played perfectly. Seattle had so many second efforts and so many big plays. Happy for Russell Wilson, Richard Sherman, .. the girl who makes the wallets
