Will the Dolphins find the leadership they desperatly need?
Miami Needs a Coach, and a good one
After the Don Shula era, the Miami Dolphins football team has lacked a coach, a leader, and for the most part, any playoff hopes. Owner Stephen Ross has made it quite clear that he is satisfied with his current GM Jeff Ireland and is in pursuit of a quality coach. Many fans will disagree with both the lackluster effort Ross made in trying to obtain Jeff Fisher, former Titans coach as well as the performance of Ireland.
Still, the Dolphins faithful, although decreasing hasn't given up on the club. Optimism is something all fans have tried to maintain throughout this roller coaster and with hope the old saying "Good things come to those who wait" will standout when this ride finally comes to a halt.
The Miami Dolphins currently have both a respectable defense and big names such as RB Reggie Bush and WR Brandon Marshall on their roster as well as many other players that are ready to compete and make a run for next season's playoffs bid. Questions about who the starting quarterback will be, who will Miami get in the draft, and what off-season potential trades may come are also things folks in Miami are wanting answers to.
With the current season coming to end and the Dolphins organization searching for a coach, the fan base continues to hang on to their optimisim in hopes that this time it pays off.
