It all depends on your goal. If you want to lose way, pretty much all sports are good for the body.
but if you just want to have fun, some sports such as climbing or snowboarding are kind of dangerous.

Depends what sport you are oing. All exercise is goo for the body unless your into extreme sports which could damage your body, quite easily!
