To dunk straight up (no put backs/tip ins), you're going to need at least 5 inches above the rim which means you have a good 8 inches to go before you can get it.
I don't know how you use the jumpsoles (what degree, how hard you train, how often, your diet, exercises, etc) but I would say you need 2-3 more months to dunk.
Make sure you're training for explosiveness and give your body the necessary rest so you can build up and grow your muscles. Stretch a lot and stay flexible.
When and if you lift, lift for explosiveness and not strength.
I would recommend adding sprints and jump squats to your training. Also, strengthen your core because that really helps you jump higher.
One way you can instantly jump higher is by propelling your upper body upwards by recoiling it like a spring and then throwing your arms towards the sky.
