Have you got all the needed running gears and gadgets?

Running is a great exercise and millions of people worldwide have made this simple exercise a routine to stay fit and healthy. Running is the most simple way to stay fit and you don't need and equipments or tools to run. Just a pair or running sneakers and you are ready to go. You can run in group or you can run alone. Running in group can be a great motivation, however, not all people that you know might enjoy running so if you can't find a companion, just run alone - it's still can be fun and great.

When you have run long enough, you might want to consider to becoming a serious runner; where your next goal might be participating in the marathon or semi-marathon or even the triathlon. When you're training for such ridiculous long run, you might need some running gears and gadgets to enhance your experience. It might be as simple as a better pair of running shoes to some techy stuffs like the gps watch for performance tracking & heart monitoring or a sports mp3 player that's specially built for athletes. Below are some of the stuffs that I've found to be great and you might consider adding them into your running gear collection.

Bose SIE2i Sport Headphones

I don't know about you but I prefer wired headphones than wireless Bluetooth headphones. It might be a psychological influence or what not, I think that wired headphone produces better sound than the non-wired (I could be totally right wrong, not a geek but pretend to be one).

If you are like me, then you should check out the Bose SIE2i Sport Headphones. Bose is one of the leading manufacturers in the audio/sound industry and it can't really go wrong when you are talking about Bose.

One of the things that I love this pair of headphones is the snug design that fits comfortably well in the ears. It has a specially made rubber extension that's ergonomically built to goes well with the shape of your ears.

Talking about sound quality, this Bose is superb excellent. You'll be in awe with the surprisingly rich sounds-capes that it is capable of producing. If you are used to those cheap phones, it's time to ditch them.

This sport headphones comes with a Reebok armband that fits almost any medium sized phones like the ever popular iPhone, HTC, Samsung and etc. It has an extension cable and a shirt clip too - these are nothing extraordinary if you ask me but they are better than nuts!

This pair of Bose ear buds is sold at $119.95, a bit of pricey but don't forget that you're getting a top notch product from Bose. Head out to for more!

And to make it even more awesome, there is a clip on the shoulder strap that holds the tube right near your mouth. You can suck for water anytime that you wish.

This Camelbak HydroBak can be found at amazon and i like running.

By the way, when not in action, you can take the bladder out and use the pack to carry your stuffs for a short journey to your favorite cafe or to the gym.

Trigger Point Cold Roller

If you're going to run a marathon or currently undergoing a marathon training, then you should check out the Trigger Point Performance Cold Roller.

This innovative training recovery gear helps you getting rid of those pain and sores after having completed those ridiculous long distance runs. To get the idea of how this thing work, try combining cold compression with deep-tissue massage. Inside this steel cylinder are cooling gel that makes the essence of the roller. This stuff can get so cold that it'll numb your sore calves and makes you experience the myofasicial release of rolling.

Chill it up for at least 2 hours or more before using. The gel can remain cold for up to surprisingly 3 hours long. Head over to Amazon to check it out for more or you can try their site at
