Choose the best watch for men runners!

Looking for the best running watches for men in 2013? There are tons of sports watches for men on the market, so there is a lot to choose from. Fortunately for you, I've done the research for you and only the best watches for runners can be found in this lens.

When it comes to choosing the best watch for runners, you need to remember that there are a lot of options. If you're a beginner and you need a watch that will help with just measuring the time of your run, you can choose one of the inexpensive running watches. They have only a few features, but there's no need tu buy an expensive sports watch if you won't use its advanced capabilities.

There are, however, some cases when you might consider buying a more advanced sports watch. First case is when you'd like to measure your heart rate. If that's the case, you should definitely choose a watch for runners that has that feature. The second case is when you'd like to track all the data from your workouts, upload it to your computer and analyze it, so you can quickly take your running to the next level. If that's true, you should consider buying a more expensive watch that has the features to collect and upload data to your computer.

Another case is when you'd like track your routes or even go for a run in a city that you're not familiar with. A GPS-Enabled sports watch will help you with that. When it comes to GPS sports watches, Garmin is the leading manufacturer (most top rated GPS watches are manufactured by Garmin). You need to remember that GPS watches are among the expensive ones.

Best running watches for men

If you're a beginner and you search for a sports watch that has only the essential features, Timex Men's T53151 is a great choice when you're looking for an inexpensive watch. If you can afford to pay little more, you can check out Casio Men's GW6900-1 as well. If you're looking for a really cheap watch with few basic features, Casio Men's W800H-1AV might be the way to go.

If you'd like to buy a running watch for men that allows you to monitor you heart rate, check out Timex Ironman Men's Road Trainer and Polar FT7 Heart Rate Monitor. The second one allows you to upload data from your workouts to your computer.

If you'd love a watch that's GPS-enabled and allows you to monitor your heart rate, choose one of the Garmin's bestsellers: Garmin Forerunner 110 (you can buy one without the chest strap) or Garmin Forerunner 305, a watch that has probably all the features you can think of.

Polar FT7 Heart Rate Monitor is another popular and best-selling heart rate monitor watch. It has all the features that a heart rate watch should have, including target zones, callories counter or a chronometer. The package features everything you need to upload data gathered throughout your workout to the Garmin Connect website, where you can analyze it and decide how you can improve your running. The main disadvantage of this GPS watch is that sometimes it might take a few minutes to hook up to satellites, but you always can start the GPS a few minutes before you start your running session.
