Best Treadmills Under $500

Best Treadmill Under $500

Are you looking for the best treadmill under $500? If so you have come to the right place.

New Year is all about making resolutions and sticking to them. If you have decided to get fit this year you should consider buying a treadmill. Running is a great cardio exercise but it can be difficult to run outdoors in Winter due to horrible weather conditions; rain, wind, ice and snow. Gyms are expensive and they are not open 24 hours a day. A cheap one would work out a great buy if you plan to use it on a regular basis. Plus you can exercise at whatever time of the day suits you best.

It can be daunting picking especially if you are on a tight budget, This page will provide online reviews of the best ones available under $500. All those featured will have at least a 4 star rating on Amazon.

One of the best value treadmills with a high rating on Amazon is shown here.

The Merit treadmill is a quality treadmill under $500, with an Amazon rating of 4/5. There are lots of benefits to this treadmill:-

It can be folded and stored away when you are not using it.

It has a computer which tells you time, distance, speed, calories burned, and more. I always find this encourages me to exercise longer as I can monitor my progress.

Adjust speed from 0 to 10 mph

Here is a snippet of the online reviews:-

' I was hesitant about ordering this treadmill because of the many reviews about quality issues. This is a great treadmill, and the price cannot be topped. My husband, who is mechanically challenged, got this baby put together and lubed in about 30 minutes'

'I like this treadmill. It seems very sturdy and well made. It is quiet, so I can watch movies while I walk. It is easy to change the settings as I go, increasing/decreasing speed & incline with the touch of a button. There's a place for my water, my TV remote, and my XBox controller (I watch movies thru the XBox). The pre-set routines are great, too. I have a very long stride, and the walking platform is plenty long enough for me.'

Got my current treadmill for $50 through a friend, but when that one breaks I would definitely consider one of these as its replacement.

Yes I sure would, I don't walk around a lot, and this would be a great way to exercise.

I have a treadmill, but for some reason, I get dizzy when I get off of it.

Great way to exercise, especially if it's raining out or too cold out to run!
