Find an Exercise Partner

Exercising with a partner is one of the most motivating things you can do for your exercise routine.

Not only are you working out but socializing too!

Partners will rely on each other for motivation and support.

Sometimes you can't get to the gym by yourself, but your exercise partner will get you there.

Add music to your

exercise routine.

Music makes it fun!

Try Something New!

Pilates is a series of controlled exercises done either on a mat or machine. These exercises condition and strengthen the body without building muscles.

Pilates exercises concentrate on the core (torso) of the body in order to achieve benefits for the entire body. Pilates develops muscle strength and proper alignment of the spine.

Concentrating on the movement of the muscles as well as breathing are two key aspects of pilates training. Pilates is a strong, rewarding and uplifting workout.

We do a lot of walking and enjoy the time together. Otherwise I do Pilates which I love and we have a mini trampoline which is good fun! I agree that music while you exercise is great.
