golf hypnosis it really can improve your game

Updated on October 7, 2010

Improve your game with hypnosis

Can you really improve your game with hypnosis? Absolutely!
Maybe a better question is what’s wrong with your game? Does your putting let you down or is it your swing? If it’s one consistent thing that always seems to fail you then you need to address that problem.

If you’re a pretty good golfer but you just can’t manage to sink that winning putt or there’s one bunker that always defeats you, even though you know it’s stupid. Then you can use hypnosis to overcome that specific problem. Improve that swing, or stop nerves from ruining your tee shot.

If you know darn well you’re a good player but you just never seem to play as well as you know you should, something always lets you down. Then maybe you’re just not “in the zone”.

Golf Hypnosis-sounds weird and scary

Okay forget all the stupid hypnosis stuff you've seen on TV. No one is going to make you cluck like a chicken or dance like a dad at a disco.

People who volunteer for that stuff are willing to participate, they're probably only one step from running naked round the supermarket any way.

You don't even have to visit a hypnotherapist. You can get hypnosis help via the good old internet. You can download your audio hypnosis sessions as mp3 files. Say what? Look, if you're as old as me and having trouble keeping up with all this stuff, borrow a teenager to help you.

But it's really simple an mp3 is just a sound file. You can download it to you PC, then you'll be able to play it with your media player. Better still you can burn it to a disc (okay, call the teenager back) or download it to an mp3 player  Now you'll be able to listen to it any where you want. Not while you're driving please!
Probably best to use headphones while your alone in peace and quiet.

Improve your golf swing with hypnosis

Does your swing ever let you down? Maybe on the driving range your a champion but during a game it just doesn't come together.

You know how it feels when you have a good game and everything just feels right? That's most likely because you were thinking about nothing but golf!

You were "in the zone". Not worrying about work problems or anything else. Sure great golfers practise a heck of a lot more than you or I could, but they also have the right mind set. They can't afford to think about anything else.

You need to learn to achieve that same focus then you'll play better and enjoy it more.

Is your tee shot ruined by nerves?

You're a good golfer, you know it, you're friends know it so what is it about that first shot. Nerves! That's the short answer. You consciously or unconsciously worry about that first shot. It's important, so you worry about how it will go. Did you choose the right club? Are people watching? Will you mess up?

It's a natural state of affairs, there's a lot of pressure to get it right, but you need to take control and focus. You need to concentrate on what you're doing not how you're doing it. Golf hypnosis can help you get that focus.

Water hazard
Water hazard

Haunted by hazards?

What spoils your fun the most? Is it the same hazard every time or is it a particular type. The water, the rough, can't see the green for the trees! why does it cause you so much pain. It's just another shot. An yet there's something about it that chills your bones.

It only needs a little doubt to throw off you shot. You need to get rid of that doubt before it even surfaces. Yes, you guessed it. It's that "mind set" again. With golf hypnosis you can train your mind to disregard the hazards, they are after all just another shot.

Don't let the yipps ruin your putting

So you teed off like a winner, you're swing is near perfect and you're lining up a putt. It's not a difficult one, no pressure and then right at the second the club touches the ball you're arms twitch! Unbelievable.

Anyone can fluff a shot, but easy ones! And how do the best players consistently get it right?

They rehearse shots mentally until they don't even think about it, their brain lays out the perfect putt and their arms put it into practise.

golf hypnosis can help you to program your mind to relax on the green and lay down the perfect putt time after time.

Be a winner with golf hypnosis

So you've got no problem with your swing, you nerves don't ruin you tee off. You putt like a champion. And yet, you don't win. Not nearly as often as you know you should.

What's wrong? there's nothing you can quite put your finger on. You're friends commiserate and tell you you're a great player, it's just bad luck. What, every game!

You think Tiger Woods hopes for a lucky day. No, of course not. He knows he's going to win, or at least he knows he's going to play to win. Do you play to win? Do you feel like a winner.

That's one of the most important things in any walk of life if you want to succeed. Attitude! You need it to win, champions don't win by accident. With the right attitude you can over come negative feelings, get over small mistakes, you won't get "psyched out". Be a winner with golf hypnosis.
