Like I said before, these ladies work just as hard as the guys, but don't get near the publicity.
I love the way some writers call them novelties and how they are "cute when they try to do men stuff".
Yeah, I actually read that in an article once.
I'd love to see the guy that wrote that go 3 rounds with Cris Santos.
You know, the martial arts were designed for a smaller person to defeat a larger, better armed person.

Retired female MMA fighter Julie "Fireball" Kedzie was born on March 18, 1981 in Bloomington, Indiana.
She retired with a MMA record of 16-13-0.
Julie fought out of Jackson's Mixed Martial Arts in Albuquerque, New Mexico and specializes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Her last fight was a loss to Bethe Correia at UFC Fight Night 33 - Hunt vs. Bigfoot, on December 7th, 2013.
She lost via split decision.
