3) Vitamin E

Another way to get rid of double chin is to increase your daily intake of vitamin E. Vitamin E reduces jowls and also increases the elasticity and overall skin health throughout the body. Remember, the most important thing is to avoid the overweight, so adopt healthy eating habits and exercise daily to prevent the appearance of jowls and other discomforts.
