1. Coconut Oil Acne Face Wash

1 tablespoon extra virgin coconut oil1 tsp honey

5 drops of lemon juice or apple cider vinegar

Optional: add a few drops of lavender oil or tea tree oil (can use both) Mix together well and rub on to skin. Wash off afterwards.

2. Coconut Oil Acne Facemask

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon unsweetened yogurt (greek yogurt is best)

1 tablespoon extra virgin coconut oil

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder of baking soda

Optionally add lavender and tea tree oilIf you have oily skin add a tsp arrowroot and 5 drops of lemon juice

Mix thoroughly and apply to skin. Leave on for ten to twenty minutes then wash off.

3. Coconut Oil Face And Body Scrub

2 tablespoons extra virgin coconut oil

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon carrot or orange juice

Add a little lemon juice for oily skinspinch of salt

Blend and add milk or extra juice if the mixture is too dry then rub gently onto skin in the shower, then wash off.

4. Super Hydrating Coconut Moisture Mask

2 tablespoons extra virgin coconut oil

1 tablespoon honey

1/2 a mashed avocado or egg (well whisked)

Blend these together well and apply to skin. Leave on for 15 minutes then wash off.
