Everyone wants to look their best. It’s the time and effort it takes that deters us!
With a job, family, friends, cooking, cleaning, and everything else we all do… who has the time (or money) to take long spa days that revitalize your skin? Or lace up sneakers and run the block every morning? And then there are the beauty improvements that put your future health at risk, like trend diets and plastic surgery. Or my favorite, "beauty is pain." Meaning a sexy pair of high heels costs us women a pair of severally cramped feet. Luckily, there are ways to keep ourselves looking prime while staying healthy and having fun.
Put on a Grin
I once had a homeless guy say to me, “You dropped something Miss…”
I stopped, looking back behind me, “huh?”
“Your smile.” He said, wearing a big toothless grin of his own.
I felt my own smile tugging upwards then, to which he said, “Ah, there you go, picked it back up again!”
As unnecessary as the whole incident seemed at the time, the man had a point!
Research tells us time and time again, people that smile are better perceived by their peers. They are more popular and also seen as more beautiful. Smiles are so much more important than we realize. In fact, the human mind can tell if someone is smiling over the phone. Multiple dating websites have published reports that confirm both men and women prefer a mate who has a sense of humor and a nice smile. Unfortunately, genuine people come off as snobby and beautiful people go unnoticed simply because they dropped their smile somewhere along the way.
Let a Friend do Your Makeup
It might seem a little elementary; the idea of your friend crouched before you with eyeliner in hand. “Don’t blink…” But trust me, it's a good idea!
As a kid I become obsessed with the fact I'd never be able to see my own face. Sure, there were mirrors, but that's a backwards reflection! I wanted a chance to see the real thing. But my friends on the other hand, they can see the real thing, the right way, on a regular basis. The same applies to you and your friends, the ideas they have for your makeup could be completely different- and perhaps amazing! When we do our own makeup all of the time we get stuck in ruts, doing the same thing out of habit.
A good way to giggle and feel girly, doing each others makeup will stretch the imagination and create new looks that improve appearance and add a little excitement to your life. And even if you hate your new look, it's not permanant and you'll only appreciate the way you do your own makeup more!

Working every part of your body, from your legs to your core, you will see your entire form begin to change. Plus, unlike running, trampolines absorb impact making them less likely to cause injury. Burn calories, get toned, and have fun! What more could we ask for?
Take a Nap!
You might think you don’t need it, or perhaps you’ve learned to live without it but truth is in order to be happy, productive people we must sleep!
Dark circles, puffy eyes, or too many yawns can screw with a person’s natural beauty. It can also make them seem drained and depressing, don’t be one of these people! You are only punishing yourself, you wouldn’t leave home without a freshly charged cell phone. Plan to get a solid eight hours of sleep each night and if your schedule allows it, take power naps! Fifteen to twenty minutes of sleep gives your body a fresh burst of energy. Napping for much longer and one will enter a deep sleep (rem state) and if woken too soon will only make you more tired.
