Take a coconut and grate it with the help of grater. You need to squeeze out the milk from the grated coconut using a muslin cloth. Strain to avoid any larger chunk of coconut. Heat milk for 3 minutes in a pan and let it cool down to room temperature. Keep it in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

Add 3-4 tbsp of plain yogurt in coconut milk and little bit of camphor solution. With the help of cotton apply this mixture on scalp and massage it. Leave it on your hair for 2 hours. Wash hair with your regular shampoo using warm water. Let them air dry. This is an effective homemade remedy to get rid of hair fall.

Yogurt and black pepper to reduce hair fall and loss

Yogurt/curd is known as one of the best hair conditioners. Ground some black pepper and make a paste with plain curd. You can now apply this paste on your hair and keep it for 20 minutes wrapped in towel. Shampoo your hair with cool water and say hello to healthy, smooth and shiny hair.

You can use this hair mask once a week till the time your hair loss problem is solved. This hair mask will also fight against dandruff. You can also go some variations like mixing lemon juice or honey to this mixture. Everything will eventually add up for goodness only. This is one of the best home remedy for hair growth.

The high sulfur content in onion juice helps in treating hair loss. It improves blood circulation down to hair follicles and decrease inflammation if there. Below is the procedure to make this onion home remedy work:

  • Take one onion and grate it to extract its juice.
  • Strain and apply on your scalp.
  • You should leave this mixture for half an hour and then shampoo your hair.
  • To heal your dry damaged hair, you can also add either aloe vera or olive oil to onion juice for additional hair benefits.

You can do this twice a week for several weeks and experience hair growth with onion juice.

Fenugreek Seeds or methi seeds to get rid of hair fall

Fenugreek seeds or more commonly known as methi seeds are age old proven remedy to treat hair loss. It contains proteins, vitamin C, Iron, Potassium, Nicotin Acid and Lecithin. It simulates hair growth and prevents baldness. To get benefits from methi seeds in treating hair problem, you have to do the following:

  • First soak methi seeds in water for 24 hours.
