Everyone wants smooth, radiant and wrinkle free skin. What we eat can bring us closer to that goal. We should wisely choose the foods that we eat in our everyday lives. A lot of our eating habits dictates how we look. More foods with anti-ageing properties we incorporate in our meals and snacks more good we are doing to our overall health and looks. Make sure you load up on these anti-aging foods to help keep you young.

As we age, it’s important to increase anti-inflammatory foods such as fruit, veggies and oily fish, and limit pro-inflammatory foods such as meat, processed foods and refined sugars.

All types of berries are brimming with anti-oxidants and are best anti-ageing food. Strawberries, blackberries, cranberries, blueberries, raspberries, bilberries, acai berry. All berry fruits help you counteract the physical and mental effects from aging. Blueberries have the highest capacity of antioxidants among all the berries. They give your skin extra protection against the skin-damaging free radicals that result from sun exposure, emotional stress, and even overexercising (especially running). So having cup of berries atleast 4 times a week would be a wise thing to do.
