Tips

When you are buying your fruits and vegetables, make sure that you purchase the freshest produce possible. Fresh produce will be richer in vitamins and minerals. This is very important because vitamins actually deteriorate over a period of time. Therefore, the fresher the produce, the more vitamins you are actually consuming. When you make your juice, drink it straight away do not store it for a later time.


Use organic fruits and vegetables if you can because if you juice with non organic products, the pesticides and chemicals will also become concentrated. If you cannot get organic products then it is very important that you wash and peel all produce. You can even soak your vegetables and fruits in Vegwash, or you can make a vegetable and fruit wash using vinegar and lemon juice.
