Anti-Aging Beauty Secrets!
Do you want to look years younger than your actual age without expensive plastic surgery and expensive creams and lotions? Most people think I am at least 10yrs younger than my actual age. I am often asked what do I do. I decided to write an article about it.
MIND, BODY, AND SOUL
The most important thing to do is to work on the inside. So many women and men focus on the outside appearance. The true secret is to take care of your mind, body, and soul. First you need to take care of your mind. If you are under stress and worry, this is where illness and aging will attack your body. You need to do things you enjoy to clear your mind. Some examples I like to do. I love to write and create. Yoga exercise is great to stretch and breathe in deep to get more oxygen to your cells. This is extremely important. Listening to comforting music. I also have candles in my home to enjoy and a nice glass of wine at least once a week. Wine has many antioxidants and is quite healthy for your heart. I do not overindulge in this area. Not holding any kind of grudges. Keep the peace in your life with others. I also read the International Bible. It's easier to read and understand. This gives me serenity in my life.
Walking fast on a treadmill and any type of exercise that will relieve stress. Do things you most enjoy. Drinking plenty of water and try to avoid soda or diet soda. Use lemon wedges in your water. Drink natural spring water. Green tea is very good in the afternoon for a pick me up. Try to limit sweets and carbs. Stay away from white breads. Eat whole wheat's and grains. Oatmeal is good in the morning and fills you up. Eat small portions through out the day. This will avoid lots of snacking. Digesting your food, eat slowly. Fruits and vegetables,oranges and apples both once a day for a snack. Toasted almonds are great for protein. Anything that is Red in the fruit and vegetables department is extremely healthy for you. Raspberries,tomato's,beets,also blueberries are key and help with anti-aging.
What are you doing for your soul? Are you empty in this department? We all have one life to live. What are you doing to make a difference. What can you do to make a difference? This is extremely important. We all have Eight dynamics in our life, if one is out it can make the others go out as well.
Dynamic- The meaning is the impulse to survive.
The first dynamic, This is self, it is the effort to survive as an individual, to be an individual and to fully express one as an individual.
Example: The way you dress,act, and think. You as an individual the unique person you are.
The second dynamic This is the urge towards existence as a future generation. It has two components : sex and the family unit,including the raising of children.
Example: Getting married raising children ect...
The third dynamic This is the urge to survive as a member of a group.. A company, a political party, a church or a social organization are all examples of the third dynamic.
Example: Are you involved with any group or organization?
The fourth dynamic this is the urge for the survival of man as a species. All of the races of man together constitute the fourth dynamic.
Example: Doing something to help the survival of man. Join the save the whales group or just helping out in your community?
The fifth dynamic This is the urge to survive for all life forms-animal or vegetable and anything directly and intimately involved by life.
Example: Planting a garden or planting trees. ect.........
The sixth dynamic is the urge for survival of the physical universe and reflects the drive of the individual to enhance the survival of all matter, energy, space and time –the component parts of the physical universe.
Example: Do you have matter,energy, space and time. People who do are capable of accomplishing anything.
The seventh dynamic is the urge towards existence as a spiritual being.
Example: where will you go when you die? Do you know?
The eighth dynamic is the urge toward existence as infinity. This is also identified as the Supreme Being. Thus, this dynamic can be called the infinity, or God, dynamic.
Example: Your God, your religion.
Getting plenty of rest also helps. When we feel good about ourselves within, it will show on our outside appearance. We will all age and die one day. Now is the time to reevaluate your life and to live it to the fullest.

BEAUTY TIPS FOR YOUR SKIN
1. Olive oil- I use olive oil on the tops of my hands and under my eyes at least 3 times per week. This is great and natural for your skin. You will be amazed at the results.
2. Eye-cream. I use Thomas Roth Anti-aging Cellular Eye cream. It is a little expensive but it has peptides. This is important ingredient for anti-aging around the eye area. This is the best eye cream I have found that works a small jar goes a long way.
3. Puffiness around the eyes- Try hemorrhoid wipes any kind is good. Reduces fine lines and wrinkles around the eyes. I know this sounds funny but actually it really works great, especially if you wake up tired. Just wipe your face with one and apply your make-up after.
4. Make-up I use a mineral foundation, which I love. I also use well rested under my eye area. Its a little fine powder. The foundation and well rested are very natural looking and goes very nice with my skin tone.
5. Teeth- Having nice white teeth make anyone look younger. I have bleached my teeth at the dentist office. I just have a touch up kit to keep them white. I also use a whitening toothpaste.
Check with your doctor regarding this matter. I take 1000mg of vitamin C Daily with a multi- vitamin for women. I also like to take Vitamin b-12 for extra energy.
We can never get enough vitamins by eating foods alone. Vitamin C helps your body's cells and immune system. This really helps. I am very blessed with my health. I do not need to be on any medication. Always check with your doctor.
