Keep your body hydrated by drinking plenty of water every day. Try to drink eight to ten glasses of water per day. Water is the best natural cleanser and is well used to eliminate toxins from the body, keeping your body and skin clean. Also your skin will look clearer and plumper if it is not dry.

Try to make well planned, balanced and healthy diet menu, include something from all the major food groups each day in your diet. Add plenty of fiber rich foods, fruits and vegetables to your diet menu. Fruit and vegetables are the best sources of many essential vitamins and minerals that help maintain and repair the skin and cells. Not only will your skin look younger but your body will age better and you will be less prone to many common diseases of old age. Eliminate all types of fatty and oily foods which increase your weight but do not give you anything nutritionally. Obesity is one of the main contributing factors with which people generally look and feel much older than they are.

Make your life stress free by going to aroma therapy, massage, yoga or meditation classes regularly. Aim to lead a stress free, calm existence.
