Natural Skin Care : Health Benefits in Carrot Soap
As I reached the age 20+ years, I've noticed my skin becomes very sensitive to the skin care products I used. Is it just me? or Is it the products nowadays the has become so artificial? I began my search for a skin care soap that perfectly matches the need of my skin which is very sensitive to beauty soaps.
Beauty soaps with perfume, with color and with so much preservatives in it can do so much harm on my skin making red itchy spots appear all over my body. I've been using expensive hypoallergenic soaps since then. But what i really want is to make my skin combative to free radicals. Using hypoallergenic soap is good and yet what it does to my skin is just temporary. It does not protect my skin from harmful effects of the sun and skin allergies.
Then I've found out the answer finally! I've heard about carrot soap which is used by many as part of their beauty regimen. To me, it's more than that. From the day i started using the soap, my skin allergy disappear so fast. I've been using the carrot soap for over 5years already and i'm very happy with the result.
My son's skin is very sensitive too. His pediatrician recommended using Hypoallergenic Non-soap cleansing liquid to wash his skin but he still gets rashes so easily. I guess he got that same type of skin as mine. I tried to used the same carrot soap and it works for him as well. I'm glad it did because hypoallergenic soap for babies is so expensive. Now my monthly soap budget is cut more than half. Very big savings plus very big benefit to my skin and my son's skin.

I'm sharing this experience of mine that others out there who has similar dilemma can benefit from this as well. But don't just buy any carrot soap you can find in the grocery shelves. First you have to find out the ingredients in making that particular carrot soap brand. Carrot content in soap should be of superior quantity than the rest of the ingredients. IF you like, you can make your own at home.
