DIY Body Wrap
The body wrap can be done on any part of your body.
The first step to a perfect body wrap is to exfoliate your body.
You can exfoliate with an at home recipe:
Coconut oil mixed with sugar
Wash the area of exfoliation before proceeding to step two.
Wrap the area with saran wrap.
The wrap should be somewhat thick.
You may want to go around the area four to five times.
Cover up the area you wrapped with bandage to make sure the wrap stays in place.
During the time the wrap is on do not eat salty foods.
You can leave the wrap on for 45 minutes to 8 hours based on how much you can tolerate the heat.
