Clary Sage - Lavender Insomnia Bath Soak

The ingredients you need are:

  • 3 Drops of Clary Sage Essential Oil
  • 3 Drops of Lavender Essential Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon of Cream

A nice warm tub, the water wonderfully warm, not hot. Start to fill the tub, add the bath soak oil, let the tub fill up the rest of the way. Soak in the tub for as long as you like.
