Etude House Mascara Types
Etude House Lash Perm 3-Step Volumecara
This is the newest mascara from Etude House. It is a 3-step system to help you achieve dramatic eyelash volume and length. There are three different settings in this system and you can use just one or all three to achieve your desired look.
The first step is natual looking volume. If you just want one coat of mascara, only use the first step. Use both steps 1 and 2 if you want "glamorous" volume. Finally, you use all 3 steps of the system if you want dramatic, noticeable volume.
You can purchase this mascara for around $12 to $17 USD.
Lash Perm Super Water Proof Mascara
A waterproof mascara that comes in a 10g package. It lasts all day and gives luxurious volume to eyelashes. It is supposed to feel weightless on your eyes and will not smudge from tears or water. This product is slightly cheaper than the Volumecara mascara. You can purchase it for about $10 to $15 a tube.
If you don't like waterproof mascara, there is also a non-waterproof version.
Etude House Dual Show Volume Mascara
This is a mascara with two different applicators on one wand. It is a 2-step system that is suppose to give you dramatic volume and long lashes. The first end is a white primer while the opposite end is the actual mascara product. You first apply the white primer and then the mascara in a zig-zag motion.
Out of all the Etude House mascaras, this is probably the most expensive at around $20 per tube.
Oh My Eye Lash
The Oh My Eye Lash mascara comes in several different varieties. The first type, #1 in the series, is used as a lash primer. #2 makes lashes longer and enhances volume. #3 is for increase volume. #4 is for individuals who want dramatic length. #5 is to curl lashes and #6 is a topcoat to keep mascara in place all day. This is the cheapest Etude House mascara at around $6 to $8 each.
Where to buy
If you don't live in South Korea, your best bet for purchasing Etude House products, including the mascara, is either eBay or Amazon. When you purchase from one of these two sources, always buy from a reputable seller based in either the United States or South Korea. Never purchase from a seller in Hong Kong or China, because these sellers have a bad reputation for selling fake products. As always, check the seller's feedback to ensure he or she has a good reputation.
Alternatively, "Cosmetic Love," a popular website, is one place you can go to for Korean cosmetics. This website ships via registered airmail and gives you free samples with your purchase.
