Fashion For Summer

Updated on April 7, 2012

Summer Time Fashion

Summer time is just around the corner. Let us welcome summer and say goodbye to the cold weather. At the same time, it is time to keep all your winter clothes and start bringing out your favorite clothes for this summer. Everyone wants to look good but some styles are just disastrous. Here’s a list of what you must have or do during this summer to look hot and great especially in the outdoor.

1. Sunglasses

Sunglasses belong in the sun. So, use them to the fullest during the day time.

2. Flip-flops

You can basically use it anywhere especially for more casual outings. It is more comfortable too. Slip your flip-flops and you are ready to go!

3. Makeup

Forget about using makeup in the water if your makeup is not waterproof. Keep your makeup as simple as possible if you heading to the pool or beach. You wouldn’t want the makeup dripping down your face, would you?

4. All white

Okay, just because we passed Memorial Day weekend and we can technically wear white again, that doesn’t mean wear all white. White jeans with a white shirt, belt and shoes never looks cool, even when you’re going to a white-out-themed party. Instead, mix things up with some metallic accents.

5. Matching beach bag with your clothes

The fact is, stick to the non-matching look. You will look childish if you do the whole matched outfit thing. Really.

6. Hat

It comes handy when you do not have enough sunscreen protection. Something is always better than nothing.

7. Avoid jewelry while sunbathing

Wearing jewelry during sunbathing is not a good idea as it gives you terrible tan lines. So avoid them whenever you can.

8. Swimsuit

Always wear a swimsuit that fits. The key to look good in a bathing suit is to feeling good in a bathing suit. Ill-fitting suit may cause unwanted attention.

9. Less is not always more

Just because it’s hot out does not give you the excuse to wear less clothing. Nothing about booty shorts or super mini-skirts is attractive, unless you’re looking for a pole.
