Food For Your Skin: Homemade Lotion
- 2 tablespoons organic, cold pressed coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, with the "mother"
Stir and apply!
- I mix my lotion in a whiskey mug. You can mix it in whatever you would prefer, but a whiskey mug is a nice touch. Put the 2 tablespoons of coconut oil and the 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in your stirring apparatus and stir the ingredients together until the mixture becomes creamy. Lotion-esque.
- Apply the "lotion" generously, all over your entire body. Focus on dry spots. If you use this mixture every day, you will start to notice visible changes in your skin within a week.
