Calluses Removal

It used to be that to remove calluses one would have to resort to painful raking and scraping like an indigent stepsister in order to rid herself of stubborn and stained rough skin. The tools of the trade were uncomfortable and tiresome to invest time into and most often never completely rid her of unsightly overused feet. The affected areas would remain rough and appear unkempt, only, after hours spent sanding the wood, there were srill jagged edges and just a lower level of white yuck ready to stain and varnish jusr walking around barefoot and incredibly sore the next day. This practic only served as a reminder that the urchin had attempted minor surgery the night before.

There is hope ladies.. Many seem to still insist upon removing calluses the old way, the ease of removing rough and dead skin has gotten so much more magically easy and painless, the practices have begun catching on with secret princesses the world over.

In order to get pricess soft skin on her feet, the princess should first start with an electric callus remover. In order to get her feet looking as good as the rest of her, the motorized ease of an electric callus remover can prepare the area for the final procedure.

One of the best electric callus removers is the Emjoi Corded Electric Callus Remover. The reviews are in and it seems that the product works very well, and, depending on the severity of your calluses, is sometimes all that is needed in managing the thick skin on your feet.

Still, some still experience problems with the calluses on their feet and need a much more complete process to get their feet as attractive and soft as they can. Especially after the winter months when feet are left in such a terrible state that they need some extra attention.

Home Treatments for Calluses

Many times a good soak in certain mixtures can help aid in removing calluses. These soaks can have positive affects on thick dead skin on the hands and feet. They can also aid in removing enough dead skin to reach the afflicted areas with moisturizers and lotions. Although they have been known to work, I do not guarantee them for anyone in particular because it is so random and each person’s skin and skin problems are unique.

Home Remedy One:

  • 1/4 Cup Listerine
  • 1/4 Cup White Vinegar
  • 1 Cup Warm Water

Instructions:

Put all of your ingredients into a container that both of your feet can fit into. Soak your feet in the mixture for an hour or more. After removing your feet, simply use your pedicure stone to scrape at the calluses and they should simply come off.

Home Remedy Two:

  • Chamomile Tea

Simply soak your feet in chamomile tea for approximate 30 minutes. Your feet may stain but the stains will wash off with soap and water.

Home Remedy Three:

  • Baking Soda
  • Warm Water

Add 3 tablespoons of baking soda to enough warm water to cover your feet. Soak your feet for 30 minutes to an hour. Remove feet and dead skin should be ready to scrape off.

Again, none of these home remedies for calluses on your feet are scientific in nature. They are simply things that many people have reported to have worked for them when used. If you really want to remove calluses for lengthy periods, I suggest you use the treatment outlined next.

Feet do reflect a person who cares for themselves or tends to disregard things they see as superfluous. Many people have written off their feet as a lost cause. I venture a guess though that deep down those girls (and guys) do wish for "cleaner, clearer, healthier feet." An interesting article. I will have to investigate into the products you mentioned. Bob.

Yes, there is nothing in this world that can tear down a person's otherwise beautiful image than the sudden revelation that their feet are being neglected. It is very simple to take a small amount of time to take care of your feet.

      Thanks for your comment.

Thanks. There is nothing quite as rejuvenating as a foot bath like the one mentioned. Even men can really begin feeling great when their "understanding" has been refreshed. ;)
