Updated on April 25, 2011

Here are some advanced tips that will be helpful during the summer. To protect your skin from the scorching heat of the Sun, I am going to give you some home-made remedies that are useful for your skin and with no side effects.

I am fair skinned and I always faced skin problems during the summer, and I would like to thank to my friend who gave these wonderful and handy skin caring tips.

Here we go:

-10 g yeast,

-1 tea spon milk powder, and

-warm water for a gravy mixture.

Now crush the yeast with a fork, then stir in the milk powder. Mix with warm water to get the creamy texture. Then apply the cream on your face, neck, chest for twenty minutes. Wash out with lukewarm water and use soft towel to wipe-off. This solution is recommend for very problematic skin and it will help to glow your skin even if it is mixed base.

Chamomile mask

Ingredients: Chamomile tea and oatmeal.

Take a cotton pad soaked with tea and clean the face with it.  Then take the caomille tea in a separate bowl put the oatmeal. Now mix them well and apply on your face, and leave it for 15 minutes. Gently wash your face with lukewarm water. This remedy is very helpful for extreme sunburn also.

Orange Curd energie mask

-3 tablespoons cottage cheese,

-1 egg yolk ,

-1 tablespoon of glucose, and

-1 less squeezed orange juice.

Mix the cottage cheese, egg yolks, orange juice and glucose together and make it gravy, then apply on your face and chest and leave it for 30 minutes. Gently wash your face and chest, and you will feel the freshness.

The following tips are also helpful in moisturizing your skin:

- Use fresh cucumber to get rid of sunburn problems. Cucumber keeps your skin cool and smooth.

- wash your face with warm milk because it  tightens skin pores and reduces the chances of skin problems.

- use lemon and watermelon for a positive result.

- follow a healthy diet.

The ingredient I mentioned above are easily available in the market at very affordable prices and they are the most effective ways to revitalise your skin.
