Updated on February 10, 2018

These days there are so many beauty products out there, and they can get really expensive. Recently I found out that it can be easy to make some of these products right at home. I put together a few recipes for you to try, they work just as well as the expensive stuff. Try making the fruity lip for a gift or have a slumber party for your young teen and let them make there own. I've also included a link for information on how to make your own perfume.

Try making Bath salts for a gift basket or for your self.

You will need...

1 cup of Epsom salts (

Food coloring

Essential oil (found at health food stores, drugs stores or craft stores )

Lg. spoon

Glass or ceramic bowl (don't use plastic, it will absorb scent)

Eye dropper

Pour salt and few drops of color into bowl; mix well could take several minutes. Use dropper to add a few drops of your scented oil, mix well. Place in a jar or air tight container, keeps for months. Try dressing up a jar to give as a gift...

Honey Balm Lip Gloss

Fruity Lip Gloss
