Sexy Kissable Feet

Super soft feet are sexy feet. Many times, our feet are ignored and left to become rough and calloused. Luckily, the methods to change that and make them super soft and sexy is really very easy and can be achieved with very little effort.

A Pedicure in a nail salon can start at $25. Having someone pamper your feet is enjoyable and a great way to relax and feel pretty, but doing it at home is way cheaper and can be done on a much more regular basis.

Step 2: Moisturize

Here are some items that will moisturize your feet to feel super silky soft. You can pick and choose what works best for you

  • Olive Oil
  • Baby Oil
  • Scented or Unscented Body Moisturizer
  • Foot Cream
  • Bag Balm

Apply a generous amount of whatever above you choose to use. You will want to use much more then you are accustomed to using when moisturizing after a shower. Rub in for a few minutes and then add more and rub that in as well. Take the time to give yourself a great foot massage or get your spouse to do it for you.

When your feet and toes are covered and lubricated put on a pair of clean cotton socks and sleep with this on overnight. Repeat moisturizing the following night.

Step 1: Remove The Rough Stuff

Soak your feet for at least 20 minutes in a warm bowl of water mixed with a few tablespoons of Epsom Salt. Pull out and towel dry. Apply a foot mask such as Mary Kay Spa Mint Energizing Foot Mask and wait for mask to dry. Place feet back into bowl and wash off foot mask. Towel Dry.

With either a pumice stone or a foot file begin filing away at the thick layers of extra skin. An even better alternative is a Ped Egg. This little handy pedicure tool will file away the dead skin quickly. I own one of these and it makes this part of the process go much faster and the results are better.

Keeping Feet Beautiful

To keep your feet feeling soft, make the time to repeat these steps about every 2 to 3 weeks. Clear a space, get the kids in bed, and take the time to pamper your feet.

      Triplet mom,

Yes, try the Ped Egg. Its works really well. Just keep a towel under your feet because although most of it is caught into the egg part, quite a bit of the dead skin dust will fall to the ground.

There is also a fine file side to it to buff the foot after using the "grater" part of it. They are only like $9.99 if you buy them at like Walgreens or other drug stores.
