How to Keep Your Skin Healthy During Quarantine
Keeping healthy during this uncertain time is much needed. Many of us are under a lot of stress and our skin is paying the consequences. This article will hopefully give you guys some tips and tricks on what you can do to help your skin glow.
Now Is The Time!
Quarantine is the perfect time to improve your skin care routine and daily habits. Noticeable results will NOT occur over night. It takes time. This can range anywhere from 1-4 months to see results. Once again, please remember that this time period will differ for everyone.
Routine
Everyone should have a consistent routine when it comes to washing their face. Every morning, it is important to gently wash your face and moisturize. If you plan on going out in the sun, try to apply a moisturizer with SPF in it. The same should go when using chapstick. And every night, one should once again wash their face and moisturize. It is also good to use a facial scrub to exfoliate 1-2 times a week. Or, if you have a daily scrub, you can use this every night.
Remember This!
Everyone reacts differently to different skin care routines. This is just what has worked for me, and many people I know.

Dermatologist Recommended
Neutrogena facial washes and scrubs are highly recommended by many dermatologists. CerVe is another popular brand that is widely used for moisturizers and facial washes. I have bad acne and have been to many dermatologists who have all suggested these brands. Both have worked wonders for me personally.
