How To Use Onion And Oat Powder To Glow Your skin And Reduce Acne.

Oat flour is a type of flour you get from oats, you can buy it from health food store, Amazon or you can make one for yourself by grinding oats to powder. It is gluten free and in home medicine, oats have been used as a skin treatment.

You might have heard people making Oat body scrub from the ingredients in there very kitchen, and the its benefits to the body is beyond. It is so easy to make and is really becoming popular because of their cleansing, exfoliating and moisturising properties. The amazing thing about this mask is it makes the skin soft, smooth, radiant and healthy. Don't forget if you are making your own oat flour with your food processor or blender, grind it to fine powder so that it will not tear your skin.

Research had claims that it has potential skin Benefits, it has reduced inflammation and reduce itchy skin , it was also proven that oat are effective in treating psoriasis, dermatitis and rashed.




Instructions

  1. pour boiling water over the oatmeal, and steep for 5 mins.
  2. make a smooth puree of onion and add with honey to the oatmeal paste while still warm.
  3. apply paste over your face and leave for 10mins.
  4. store mask remains in your refrigerator for a week., and can be warmed up before use again.

The onion acts as an anti-inflammatory agent, oatmeal and Onion are good for acne skins.

While The oatmeal deep cleanses the pores. This mask is super great for ladies who have acnes, however, don't expect this mask to be a miracle, it is something you should continue to apply once a while to achieve that glowing results you need.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup boilingwater
  • 1/3 cup plain oatmeal plain oat, flour
  • 1 onion. (white)
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey

DIY OATMEAL AND TURMERIC FACE MASK

Taking care of our selves should be a sole responsibility because people can tell alot about how our skin looks if dehydrated or glowing or if worn-out or wrinkling. This is why is very crucial to take our time even if is just few mins to care for ourselves.

Buying expensive facial mask is one thing, however it will more healthier if we can use some natural herbs and healthy ingredients we can get from our kitchen which can sometimes be less expensive.

In this recipe we will be using Oat Powder, turmeric, water and few drops of oil.

Turmeric is a superfood, a great remedy for many ailments, including inflammation and skin problems.

  • It reduces appearance of acne scars
  • Balances out oily skin
  • Helps even out skin tones and treat dark spots
  • Is an antioxidants, which reduces damages to skin from free radicals and sun.

Oatmeal of cause also helps in cleansing the skin and also helps in skin acne, it also moisturises and reduces inflammation.

RECIPE:

2 tbsp of oat flour

1tbsp Turmeric

2 tbsp of milk or yogurt to fight acne

Few drops of honey


INSTRUCTION.

  • Gently mix the ingredients together to make a paste
  • Apply to your face and let it sit for 10-20 mins
  • rinse out in shower and apply for favorite body moisturizer.
