How to Become Fair: Some Natural Medicines

Updated on March 6, 2012

The mixture of milk powder and honey is the one of the finest and most experienced medicine for fair and shining skin.

There is a number of things that caused for a dusky skin, both physical and mental. The dusky and dull skin could be the result of a poor nutrition, melancholy, anxiety or maybe it’s just heredities.

Too much Sunlight exposure is another and a main cause of dusky skin. Even though the sunlight is enormously good and support us to maintain a good level of vitamin D. But like any other good thing too much has the reverse result. To prevent from more direct contact to sunlight you should cover your skin with sunscreen. When there is high Ultra Violet rays in sunlight, it can harm the skin and burn it.

It is very easy to make the mixture of milk and honey. Humbly mix the milk and honey until you have made it in the form of a cream. Then apply it in your face and any other areas you want in it. Leave it on for 20 – 30 minutes and rinse with pure water. The daily use of this medicine will result a good change.

Another popular medicine for fairness is a paste of dried orange peel and yogurt. Try to dry the orange peel out in the shade. Drying with direct sunlight will make it rigid and useless. Slash the dried peels in to small pieces and grind it to powder. Then humbly mix the powder with yogurt and make it in the form of paste, and apply to your face and neck (where you need it). This medicine in suitable for oily skin also.

Some tips for Fair and glowing skin

1. Start your day with a pure glass of water, its helpful for marinating body health also.

2. Try to wash your face with face wash in every morning(Do not use soap).

3. Use sun block for protecting from UV rays.

4. Try to drink any fresh fruit juice every day.

5. Apply fresh lemon juice on face. It will definitely make your skin fair.

And make me strong one thing. Having dark skin is not a bad thing. It comes from heredities and from our ancestry. And ancestry is something to be proud of.
