Glowing Skin Naturally

I work really hard to keep my skin glowing and looking naturally healthy. I have sensitive skin so I have been exploring more natural skincare methods for the past couple of years. I have found many great methods. One of the methods I just found out yesterday was to use coconut oil and baking soda/bicarbonate of soda to wash your face and to use as a body scrub. It not only moisturizes the skin but, it also removes dead skin cells and leaves the skin looking and feeling refreshed.

Here is what you do:

1. Take about a teaspoon of coconut oil

2 1 teaspoon of baking soda

3. Mix the coconut oil and baking soda together in a container or just on the palm of your hand.

4. Scrub your face with the mixture and leave to sit there for about 10 minutes

5. Rinse it off with cool water, and your skin will look and feel refreshed. You do not have to use any kind of moisturizer afterwards because the coconut oil will act as a natural skin moisturizer.

You can also use shea butter, almond oil, and even olive oil if you do not have any of the above.

Did you know that you can use baking soda and coconut oil as a natural toothpaste too?
